Different perspectives on issues surrounding diversity can lead to informative exchanges, but also to tensions. It affects teams as well as individuals: who gets to speak, whose perspectives are heard and valued, who feels part of the team and who doesn’t? These are questions that affect our work every day. It is precisely when spaces for reflection and development are important in order to ensure team cohesion.

This workshop addresses challenges in everyday working life – from institutionally entrenched exclusion to uncomfortable conversations in break rooms. Through practical exercises and reflection, we strengthen our understanding of different perspectives and develop specific steps for greater team cohesion.
