How do AI systems and digitization influence diversity and belonging in organisations? What risks do they pose in terms of discrimination and job security? How can we use AI responsibly to fulfill our responsibilities and promote inclusion?

This workshop provides an overview of current developments and offers space to discuss ethical issues. We will also address how to deal with fears and concerns – both on an individual level and within a team.

This workshop is led by Estefania Cuero. She supports organisatins and individuals in creating more inclusive and participatory enviroments. Her work builds on
academic and project-based experience in what we now refer to as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
